    Experienced New York Businessman and Public Servant Owen Sinclair

    Currently performing independent financial consulting and interim accounting and bookkeeping work, Owen Sinclair holds a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a master of business administration with a concentration in finance from Baruch College of the City University of New York. Over the course of his 30-year career, Owen Sinclair has served employees and clients in the wealth management, business advisement, and insurance industries.

    Owen Sinclair moved from the private sector to the public sector in 2002, when he accepted a post as budget examiner with the Nassau County Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The next year, the OMB promoted him to the role of deputy budget director of Health and Human Services and Economic Development. This position gave Mr. Sinclair the opportunity to oversee 11 different department budgets with a combined worth of approximately $900 million. He most recently served as a bookkeeper for the Sousa Mendes Foundation in Oceanside, New York.
